Technical Construction Documents

After the final design is approved by you, we will generate a set of construction documents. This is often done with contributions from a structural engineer and title 24 compliance expert.

Our primary business is to provide residential architectural design, drafting, and construction documents. We can help you with the remodel of your existing home or a new construction project.  Our goal is to provide you with an aesthetically pleasing, livable design with the required documents to pass your local building department's review process.  We provide our services directly to our clients and to those of local contractors.

Blueline Design has been serving Davis, Woodland, and all of Yolo County since 1999.
