Jim is a 1987 honors graduate of California State University at Sacramento. His degree is in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Finance. He worked as a firefighter for 31 years and retired from the City of Woodland as a Fire Battalion Chief. He has worked as a part time framer for B & B builders, built then remodeled his current family home. He assist Yvonne with the management Blueline Design in a support function.
