"We engaged Yvonne from Blueline Design for a much-needed kitchen expansion in our 75-year-old home.  The project involved removing a load-bearing wall with some project priorities of code compliance and retaining the classic character of the expanded space.  Yvonne was very helpful from the beginning with attractive designs of the new kitchen layout, obtaining engineered plans for the structural work and building permit, and suggesting contractors she has worked with who could assist with the remodel. In the end, her work resulted in a remodel that went remarkably smooth and has significantly enhanced the usability and value of our home."
